Tours Coordinator (operations)

Program Summary:

Who we are Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan. To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people. What the role is Our operations team works behind the scenes of Abraham Tours' national tour system to ensure an unforgettable experience for our customers! The job includes operation, logistics and execution of our various tours. Availability for 3-4 shifts per week including weekends and holidays is required, with a commitment of at least one year.

What the job's all about?

  • Taking care of all operational aspects of our tours - guides, drivers, agents, boarder passages, national gardens and more
  • Ensuring proper departure and return of the various tours departing from our hostels
  • Real-time response to problems and needs arising during tours
  • Team work and working with e-mails and phone calls
  • To apply you must:

  • Experience in operations or logistics
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
  • Passion about travel and helping fellow travelers
  • Organizing and Multitasking skills, as well as a can do attitude.

  • Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this position
