Program Summary:

Who we are Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat, and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan. To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people. What the role is Reservations, Sales and response via phone and emails to Abraham Tours customers. The job is full-time from Jerusalem, 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends.

What you will be doing

Deal with room reservations, Customers service & Sales in Hebrew and English
Answer and Handle all phone inquiries, questions, and requests regarding Abraham Hostels & Tours products
Sales by phone and email
Responding to customers’ emails regarding incoming and domestic tourism

To apply you must:

Experience in customer service and sales - a must
High level of Hebrew and English
High technological skills
Experience in the field of tourism - an advantage
