We’re looking for the very first Abraham Hostel Eilat Reception Manager! This is one of the most important and essential roles in the hostel, and requires a service oriented mind, organizational skills, people skills and lots of motivation!
Establishing and leading the first reception team of the hostel
Being in charge of the hostel’s sales and customer serviceIn charge of all guest relations issues, including dealing with sensitive situations
Responsibility for maintaining and improving room sales
Responsibility for maintaining and improving hostel ratings and reviews
Training and managing the reception team (over 10 staff members)
To apply you must:
Experience in customer service
Very high level of English
Managerial experience - advantage
Passion for hostels, backpacking and tourism
High organizational skills & detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Comfortable working with technological systems and computers
Excellent people skills, patience and empathy
