Media and Social Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Program Summary:

Who we are Abraham Hostels & Tours is a growing network of guest accommodation for foreign tourists, groups, and families in a young and international atmosphere, with branches in Jerusalem, Nazareth and Tel Aviv (and soon - Eilat!), as well as a large tour company and bars operating in the same locations. What the role is Managing all of Abraham's digital communication including social and email marketing. Creating content, sale and managing Abraham community. The job is full time from Tel Aviv, arriving once a week to Jerusalem (and Nazareth/Eilat once a month). This role is a replacement for maternity leave for 6 months (ends on Oct. 2021) with an option for extension.

What you will be doing

  • Manage all of Abraham's social channels - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Create and write content to social and for newsletters
  • Facebook: manage sponsored campaigns and events
  • Upload content on Google My Business, monitor and control the platform
  • Email marketing: create and distribute content, control and optimization
  • Manage print, video and stills productions
  • Create monthly reports
  • Work closely will other managers and departments in Abraham
  • To apply you must:

  • 3 years of experience in social media
  • Experience in managing sponsored campaigns on Facebook
  • Knowledge of email marketing systems
  • Experience working in a marketing team
  • Experience with print, video and stills productions
  • Familiarity with various design programs
  • Hebrew and English at a high level: speaking, writing, and reading
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry - strong advantage
