Who we are
Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan. To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.

What the role is
In charge of HR aspects in Eilat: Recruitment, Onboarding, and more. The job is full time or part time and is a part of the HR team. Training will take place in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and will last a few weeks. You'll be required to arrive to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem about once a month.

What you will be doing

  • Recruitment: Job posting, screening resumes, phone interview
  • Onboarding: Contracts, Attendance, support
  • Apply and monitor all HR protocols
  • Support employees: Accommodation, personal issues, HR issues etc.
  • Administration work
  • Additional tasks according to the hostel’s and the manager’s needs

    • What you should have

  • Experience in HR and/or recruiting
  • High level of Hebrew and English
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an organized methods and independently
