Who we are
Abraham Hostels is opening a brand new hostel in Eilat! Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people. Our staff and volunteers work hard to make our hostels a warm and welcoming place for our guests and provide them with the best experience possible.

What the role is
We're looking for hard-working and motivated individuals to join our first reception team - the heart and soul of Abraham Hostel Eilat! Work in a fun, international environment and help travelers from around the world experience Eilat and Israel to the fullest.
The work is 4-5 shifts per week, including nights, weekdays, weekends & holidays.
What you will be doing
  • Assisting travelers during their stay at the hostel, problem solving, providing tourist information and recommendations
  • Dealing with reservations, answering emails and phones
  • Being part of the hostel's heart & soul - working with all departments and being the first contact point for all guests
  • Working in a fun, friendly and international environment
  • Go on free tours with Abraham Tours!
  • Free entrance to all hostel events
  • Abraham staff members get free stays in hostels around Israel and even Europe!
  • what you should have
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Responsibility, independence & high motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of English and Hebrew
  • Traveling history as a backpacker
  • Previous experience in tourism - advantage
  • Commitment for at least one year
