Who we are
Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.

What the role is
Managing the CEO's daily schedule and tasks, assisting in advancing organizational processes as well as providing administrative service to the management team. Working with many interfaces within and outside the organization.
It is a great opportunity to be close to all organizational processes and to take a significant part in helping with its success. The position is full-time from Jerusalem 4 days a week, and one day from Tel Aviv. You’ll need to visit our Nazareth and Eilat branches every few months.
What you will be doing
  • Managing the CEO's calendar and responsible for the organization's schedule
  • Administrative support for management and partners
  • Writing meeting protocols, monitoring, controlling and advancing processes
  • G-SUITE Admin: Responsible for all mailboxes
  • Booking flights and travel coordination of the CEO and management
  • Assistance to the HR Department: Ordering gifts for the holidays, birthdays, digital gift system

  • What you should have
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • High level Hebrew and English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very good technological orientation

  • Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this position.
