Abraham Hostels & Tours are proud to be launching the new Digital Contact Center (DCC)!
The DCC will provide digital customer service to all of our tourist customers. The work will be mostly in English, so a high level of written English is required.
Abraham group’s digital customer service and reservations center - via digital platforms (Google, Whatsapp, Facebook, chats etc.)Customer service - reservations, answering guest’s questions & requests, problem solving, helping guests until handover to reception, and helping with travel plans (Abraham Tours)Sales - up-selling, referring to our groups/packages departmentWorking in shifts - including nights, weekends and holidaysWorking in a fun, friendly and international environment Go for free on all tours, including to Jordan and Egypt! Free entrance to all hostel events.Abraham staff members get free stays in hostels around Israel and even Europe!
Experience in customer serviceHigh level of written EnglishOrganizational skillsComfortable working with digital systems & platformsAvailability for 3-5 shifts per weekWillingness to commit for at least one yearThe position requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
