Abraham Hostels & Tours are proud to be launching the new Digital Contact Center (DCC)!
The DCC will provide digital customer service to all of our tourist customers. The work will be mostly in English, so a high level of written English is required.

Job Description

  • Abraham group’s digital customer service and reservations center - via digital platforms (Google, Whatsapp, Facebook, chats etc.)
  • Customer service - reservations, answering guest’s questions & requests, problem solving, helping guests until handover to reception, and helping with travel plans (Abraham Tours)
  • Sales - up-selling, referring to our groups/packages department
  • Working in shifts - including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Working in a fun, friendly and international environment
  • Go for free on all tours, including to Jordan and Egypt!
  • Free entrance to all hostel events.
  • Abraham staff members get free stays in hostels around Israel and even Europe!
  • Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • High level of written English
  • Organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with digital systems & platforms
  • Availability for 3-5 shifts per week
  • Willingness to commit for at least one year
  • The position requires availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Candidates should submit their CV in English, along with a short description of their travel experience. Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this position.
