Who we are
Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun, friendly hostels that cater to independent travellers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country, and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat (soon!) and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people. Our staff and volunteers work hard to make our hostels a warm and welcoming place for our guests and provide them with the best experience possible.

what the role is
The Call Center provides customer service to all of our Israeli and tourist customers. The job requires availability to work at least twice a month on Fridays, Availability for evening and morning shifts, and Minimum of 4 shifts per week.

What you will be doing

  • Handle reservations 
  • Reply to emails and phone calls from In-House guests
  • Create price offers according to formats + Offer discounts with discretion
  • Monitor tasks
  • Reply to customers on the various chat platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Website)
  • What you should have

  • Experience with Optima - Advantage
  • Experience in hotel reception - Advantage
  • High level of Hebrew and English
  • Salesmanship
  • Organization and methodical abilities
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Candidates should submit their CV in English, along with a short description of their travel experience. Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this position.
