Who we are

Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun, friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country, and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.

what the role is

Responsibility for group reservations, handling groups of Israelis, and agents and companies reservations for all hostels in the chain. As well as handling special orders for private customers such as customer clubs, combined deals, etc.

The position is full time and is part of the marketing and sales department. The job is located in Jerusalem and includes visits as needed to get to know our product in the other hostels locations.

Handling inquiries that include accommodation, tours, transportation and special events

Contact and sign groups for accommodation at the hostels

Creating and maintaining contact with relevant institutions and agents regarding our products, or individuals who send us returning groups

Handling customer clubs and companies that we have contracts with

Attend inquiries via phone or emails

Work in collaboration with different departments

Previous experience in customer service and room reservations

Previous experience in the field of tourism/hotels

Excellent human relations and service skills

Ability to articulate fluently in Hebrew and English

Familiarity with Optima - A Huge plus

Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this position
